Exchanges

We are not able to accept returns on any items, only exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

Please note: we cannot refund the return shipping costs of your purchase, neither the costs of shipping for the exchange. We will send over a money request through Paypal through email.

We therefore encourage you to check your measurements before potentially purchasing. 

Shipping

We aim to ship your order between 1 and 3 working days of purchase and can be tracked Via the Royal Mail website 

UK delivery cost is £5 (for uk orders we offer free delivery on purchases over £100) 

European shipping costs is £10

Worldwide shipping is £15
